Phil Jacobs has attained the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation. The PCAM® designation is the pinnacle of professionalism for community association managers. It is the highest of the advanced levels of recognition awarded by the Community Associations Institute (CAI)
Mary Jacobs has attained the designation as an "Association Management Specialist" (AMS®) from CAI and is within one course of completing her educational requirements to be eligible for the PCAM® designation.
