Phil and his wife, also a Realtor, discovered St. Augustine when Phil was in the Navy and Commanding Officer of NAS Cecil Field in Jacksonville, Florida. When Phil retired from the Navy after 28 years of service, both Phil and Mary became involved in St. Augustine Real Estate. When Phil and Mary opened the office, they named it after the first Navy Squadron Phil commanded, the VA-81 Sunliners. Sunliner Realty continues with the same integrity, continued excellence and trust as was the Navy tradition.
